Vlado Hajtol, J.D.
Vlado was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012 after earning his law degree from the University of Ottawa. He has been proudly serving clients in Ottawa ever since. His legal practice focuses on real estate law, wills and powers of attorney, estate planning, and probate and estate administration.
Before entering the legal profession, Vlado worked closely with individuals with special needs—a background that continues to inform his compassionate and client-focused approach. He also advises clients on Henson trusts, helping families plan effectively for loved ones with disabilities.
Vlado grew up in Slovakia and provides legal services in English, Slovak, and Czech.
Outside of work, Vlado enjoys traveling, hiking and biking with his wife and their three sons.

Sam Ghawi, LL.B, LL.M
Sam Ghawi is an experienced lawyer with a diverse legal background spanning multiple jurisdictions. He began his legal career in Jordan, earning his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Jordan in 1998. He practiced law in both Jordan and Qatar until relocating to Ottawa in 2013.
Committed to continuing his legal career in Canada, Sam earned his LLM in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario bar in 2018.
Sam’s legal practice focuses on real estate law, wills and powers of attorney, and corporate and commercial law. He is dedicated to providing practical, client-focused legal solutions and offers services in both English and Arabic, serving a diverse range of clients across Ottawa and Ontario.
